Select either UPS or the US Postal Service (usps) based on how you would like your order delivered for orders under $150.
If you are ordering as part of the Bedford School District and would like to save the delivery charges, select the store pick-up option from the shipping menu. This is the only time this option is valid. If selected, the goods will be delivered to the school for student pick up.
Personalized apparel and gear timing will vary based on level of complexity.
All items are custom and require 7-10 business days to complete and ship from our shop.
Large quantities will require extra time, click here and email us details. We'll let you know the timing on your large order.
Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $150.
Orders below $150 are charged at normal USPS or UPS rates, which average around $9.00.
Personalized product cannot be exchanged or returned.
Be certain to verify sizing prior to ordering custom products. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange due to incorrect size being ordered.
Verify spelling on any personalized item to ensure accuracy. We will not offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect spelling provided by a customer.
Non-personalized merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as it is in original package with tags for full refund or exchange. Products that have been worn and/or do not have original packaging can be returned but will incur a 50% restocking fee. Please e-mail us with your original order number and name; we'll issue you a return authorization (RA) number for a speedy returns process and credit. Merchandise, complete with the RA number, must be returned with all parts, manuals and packaging for complete credit.
We do not credit shipping charges on returns. If your product shipped for free, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping charges from your credit based on our sole discretion.
